Dealing with mental health issues in young adulthood often leads to feelings of anxiety, hopelessness, embarrassment, shame, anger, fear, loneliness, vulnerability, or any other mix of complex emotions. This may result in not feeling like yourself, questioning your sense of identity, or seeking a sense of purpose. At a time when you are developing your sense of self and discovering who you are, this can be extremely difficult to manage alone. At Perceptive Path Counseling & Therapy we’ll work together to gain insight into what may be underlying your current problems, gain skills to manage the challenges you face, and build trust within yourself to foster resiliency and personal growth.

- Eating Disorders and disordered eating
At this time, I am offering appointments by telehealth only. However I hope to be seeing my clients in-person again soon!
